Refund policy
(Prints)
All prints are personally inspected and carefully packaged by me to ensure quality and safe delivery.
• If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact me at nate@paintedrecords.com within 7 days with photos of the print and the packaging so I can assist you. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and will happily work with you to make that happen.
• Change-of-mind returns or refunds are not accepted.
• Color variations may occur.
Colors can appear slightly different depending on screen settings. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.
(Custom Paintings)
All custom miniature paintings are made-to-order and created specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of this artwork:
• The $50 deposit is non-refundable.
This deposit covers preparation time, materials, and the work that begins as soon as your piece is scheduled.
• Custom paintings are not eligible for returns or refunds.
If you message me before production has begun, I won't finish your custom order. Once the painting has been completed, photographed, and approved for shipping—the sale is considered final.
• If there is an issue with your order upon arrival (such as damage during shipping), please contact me within 7 days with photos of the packaging and artwork. I’ll work with you to resolve it.
• Color, texture, and brushwork may vary.
Every painting is hand-made and unique. Small variations are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
