Terms of Service

By placing an order with Painted Records, you agree to the following terms:

• Custom Artwork
  All custom miniature paintings are made to order. The $50 deposit is non-refundable and required to begin your piece. Custom artwork is not eligible for returns, refunds, or cancellations once work has started.
  
  
• Prints
  All prints are inspected and packaged by hand. Prints may only be replaced if they arrive damaged or defective (photo proof required within 7 days).
  
  
• Pricing & Payment
  Pricing is based on my pricing formula and may vary depending on design complexity. Full payment is required before any artwork is shipped. 
  
  
• Processing & Turnaround Times
  Estimated turnaround times are provided but may vary. Rush options may be available during select periods.
  
  
• Shipping
  Once shipped, delays caused by the carrier are outside my control. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days for assistance. If your shipment has been lost or missing, I will do my best to resolve the issue.
  
  
• Artistic Style
  By commissioning artwork, you acknowledge that each piece is hand-painted and unique. Minor variations in color, texture, or detail are part of the creative process and not considered defects.
  
  
• Usage Rights
  Artwork is for personal use only. Reproduction, resale of prints without permission, or commercial use of commissioned artwork is not allowed.
