Processing Times

• Custom Mini Paintings: Turnaround is typically 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated.

• Prints: Ship within 3–5 business days.
  Rush options may be available during certain periods.

Packaging
All artwork and prints are personally inspected by me and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier. Once shipped, transit delays are outside my control.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact me. I’ll assist with filing a claim and help work toward a resolution.

Damaged Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with photos of the packaging and the damaged item. A replacement or solution will be provided depending on the situation.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. I am not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
